Literacy Lubbock is proudly partnering with Literacy Texas and A Way with Words podcast to bring you a spectacular online event you don’t want to miss! With over half a million listeners weekly, A Way with Words co-hosts, author/journalist Martha Barnette and lexicographer/linguist Grant Barrett, discuss language examined through the lens of history, culture, and family. In this very special podcast event, they’ll be talking about literacy in Texas and helping Texas-based literacy non-profits (like yours truly) raise funds for out much needed programs. Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm
Saturdays 10:00-11:00am
